The Super was started by High-End Real Estate, Construction professionals. We identified the need for standardized, high quality, and highly discreet property upkeep services. We want you to think of us as your personal Super - solely focused on bringing out the best in any space you need to take care of.
How It Works

We conduct a short phone call to gather the basic details about your project. Expect a 15 t0 30 minute call, depending on your needs.

Once you have booked the services, our team will show up to Hospitality Site or Home. They will create a comprehensive punch-list. They will coordinate subcontractors on your behalf and will not stop until the job is done.

We will ask you maintain the property in good shape - and to do so, our team that is acquainted with the building will perform regular visits.

If something else wears or tears or if you have an emergency, we can provide it in addition to our regular service.
